We are going to use the MSFC2's for BGP core, and the 7513 as a
distribution router.. Along with 3660's and 3640's for CBAC based
protection on some server farms...

No. If it did, you would know about it; a Gigabit worth of inter-VLAN
traffic is about what a 7513 can handle even with high-end RSPs and
VIPs. If the two servers are on the same subnet, they never hit the
default gateway (the 7513) but rather talk directly to each other.
That being said, why don't you handle the L3 with the 6509 and relegate
the 7513 as a standby HSRP? A 6509 can beat the heck of a 7513 in terms
of routing (keep in mind that a 6509 and a 7609 are not that different).
