[c-nsp] Performance Degradation Using VLANs

Dear List,

As part of a network security,  we assign a unique vlan to each of our
Broad-Band customers.
I want to know if there will be a noticeable performance degradation using
multiple subinterfaces on a Cisco
26xx router.
Let's say that I configure 200 subinterfaces in a 2621 router (24 MB Ram)
Will this badly degrade the router's performance? Will I need more Ram or a
powerful router?
