[c-nsp] weird weird weird 3620

I have seen this before with the 3620, try c3620-i-mz.123-9, I have about 60
of these running this version with the NM2FE2W and it works no problem.

 i have  a 3620 with NM-2FE2W and NM-2CE1B

tried 12.3 and 12.2 


FastEthernets   Appear   as regular 10MG  Ethernet interface 

although "show diag "  shows it is a Fast Ethernet interface..

is that a hardware issue ?
