IOS Feature Navigator shows the 1841 supported by 12.3(8)T4 and 
12.3(11)T only.

Although the 1841 is listed as the smallest of the bunch and not having 
any voice features, Feature Navigator is showing Netflow, AutoQoS - 
VoIP, and NBAR as supported features.
