[c-nsp] 7200 Bus error crash and strange disk error

If you ever open a case for a crash always check
the bootflash: and flash: for a crashinfo file and
make sure you attach that to the case.

That gives us a lot more informattion to try
and solve the problem.

Your choices since you didn't find a match on
your own are to:
a) proactively upgrade to the latest release
   in your train.  You should never jump to
   another train itself just for a bugfix.
   If you want it for release parity or new
   feature that's a different story.
b) Open a TAC case with the relevant information
   so they can look further.
