Like:

interface FastEthernet0/0.2
 description ethernet to dslam
 encapsulation dot1Q 2
 ip address x.x.x.x 255.255.255.252
 pppoe enable

c7200-js-mz.121-5.T19.bin and similar versions from that train can do it
(only over dot1q...not ISL) / have been doing it for a while.  It's even
in feature navigator as "pppoe over dot1q" IIRC.
