Definitely go for CEF.  It should be on by default anyway.

(I'm wondering if you have a special need for 12.3(x)T.  It's the "new
features, fun with bugs" IOS train - for stability reasons, 12.3 main
or even 12.2(high number) main would be a better choice.  Bot 12.2M and
12.3M have CEF as well).
