[c-nsp] amd_flash_cmd errors

Hi,

By any chances anyone knows what those mean?
I have some 2691 that would take almost 10 minutes to completely boot up
with those warnings:

amd_flash_cmd: timeout on write sector command
environment write to NVRAM failed
amd_flash_cmd: timeout on write sector command
environment checksum failed

Tested with 12.3.3, 12.3.5c, 12.3.6, 12.3.10, and 12.3.11T - all took
equally long and all have those.
seaching CCO didn't help much.
Did a test memory and nvram is okay.
Every work fine so far except for those warnings and long bootup time.
