[c-nsp] Catalyst 5505 RSM/ROMMON

I can't get past the password prompt so I don't know for sure, but I
highly suspect it is 0x2102. I need to get it changed to 0x2142 but I
can't get into rommon to do it. Any way to wipe the config off the
NVRAM?
