[c-nsp] Modem & VoIP

Hi!

We are have cisco 5350 with IOS 12.3(3). Now cisco box is using as voip
gateway only (card system). How i can do universal card (ie dial-up
service) in same cisco box?

I hear dial tone no modem answer. What am i doing wrong?
