[c-nsp] the right image for voip termination

Do you have a bug ID.?  I'm finding the same thing on my 2600 with
12.3.6 and cisco just RMA'd my router.  Did they RMA for no reason?

	This depends on your memory and flash requirements.

	the IP Plus feature set supports most of these features, but
on the 2611 (not the 2611xm) you have limited flash space, so you
will likely get stuck running a c2600-ipvoice- image.

	I've been running this image for some time, with only a few
obnoxious (cosmetic) bugs related to it incrementing alignment errors.

	c2600-ipvoice-mz.123-6.bin

	that will run (and fit) in 64m dram, 16m flash.
