[c-nsp] "Assert failure in ..." error

I came across a new error I've not encountered before/yet. After 
upgrading a C3550 to 12.1(22)EA1a the following message turned up in the 
log within minutes of the reload.

"Assert failure in ../src-vegas/vur_drv.c line 2261"

Any clue about this since nothing I can find related to this specific 
message on CCO or in the bug toolkit. I've also not noted any 
operational impact so I'm wondering if this cosmetic only.
