[c-nsp] Speaking of OIR... what about 6500s?

The only problem I've ever seen is when engineers haven't been smooth
in inserting the card or only partially inserted a card. The backplane
of the 6500 has a number of bus's that each card sit on, which can hang
if you only partially insert cards or if your card gets hung up on
insertion.

One day a engineer in a network I used to work on "pre-inserted" a card
each into four of my data center routers about 30 minutes before the
official maintenance window. Well, somehow he managed to push them in
just far enough so that they were only partially contacting the
backplane... Needless to say the boxes all hung as a result until he
pulled them out far enough to not contact the backplane.

So, just be sure to be quick and smooth so that the disruption is kept
to a minimum.
