There would be lot of tools that can do it. My interest was to know what 
they do in the backednd to populate the LSP database and then monitor it 
real time. Do they use LSP ping and LSP traceroute in the backend with 
scripts to give the fault alerts or do they use certain MIBs to Poll and get 
hte details or do they do both ??
