[c-nsp] ISDN Callback Problems II

Sascha,

this definitly looks wrong, I don't expect the switch to send an
CONNECT_ACK. A RELEASE_COMP should tear down the call state on the
switch.
What kind of switch is this? How does a "working" callback call looks
like? I'd expect the next Q931 message after the TX -> RELEASE_COMP to
be a "TX -> SETUP" from the node, right?
