Hi

We have a pecular problem of 2651XM model router, when it boots it does 
not boot to the image it has it gives a strange charaters on the 
temrinal screen. We set the console speed on 2600 bits, 9600,19200 bits 
and hardware flow control on and off. We even changed the flash, we had 
even tried the break sequence and it does not coem to ROMMON mode.

Any suggestions and ideas how to recover. The router has all its led on 
after the boot , power . LED etc..
