[c-nsp] PVST Instances on 2970

Folks,

on Cisco.com http://tinyurl.com/e4leb I read, that
the Cat2970 supports up to 4 PVST+ instances. This
number seems kinda low to me. I mean, Cat2950
supports up to 64 instances, so does e.g. 3500XL.
When I log on to a 2970 and do a "sh spann summary"
it shows ~40 VLANs that I have configured. Looks
like PVST+ is running for all of these VLANs.

Anyone?
