[c-nsp] can you ratelimit a vlan on a 3750?

I have a customer who has a few servers on different 2950G-EMI switches.
These switches are trunked to a 3750 where the customers vlan lives.  This
customer wants a 20mbit limit between all his servers.  Is it possible to
put a rate limit or QoS or something on his vlan to do this?  Any examples
or links to documentation will be appreciated.
