[c-nsp] GBIC serial numbers

Hiya.

I know how to get the SFP's serial numbers on a 3750, but is
there a sane way to find a GBIC's serial number? The logic is
there, the functionality surely is as well, it just seems
that it is not viewable via IOS. Or is it?
