[c-nsp] CIP Support of TN3270 over SSL

While we're on the subject of encryption, do any of you know if there is
substantial drop in the number of TN3270 connections supported on the
CIP after you implement SSL support? 

Also, I'm assuming that non-SSL TN3270 clients still work just fine
after turning on SSL. Is that true? It would be rather messy if all
clients were required to use SSL as soon as I enable it. Ouch. :)
