[c-nsp] CEF monitoring

How to monitor if CEF is running or not. due to high memory utilisation the 
CEF process gets disabled and then the MPLS forwarding stops.

Want to know if there is any mechanism to monitor CEF or any corresponding 
MIB alerts that can be configured.
