[c-nsp] non-VXR 7200 and 12.3

Cisco's fault. We all see 7200 VXR and non-VXRs around with different
NPEs and different IOS images. But most people don't know the exact
difference between VXR and non-VXR and consequently the
incompatibility issues (both in hardware and software). I believe 7200
series are widely deployed, but there is not enough technical
information like this available, except in mailing lists and usenet.
Despite the fact that there are some cisco engineers on the list, can
anyone point us to some official document from cisco that explains the
diffrence between VXR and non-VXR?
