[c-nsp] CCO Password resets

Same issue. CCO-team  is probably inundated.  Another left field DOS.  It 
would appear that anyone who has any history with Cisco, thus multiple 
logins, is SOL.
My Noc staff with little history seem to be able to succesfully reset their 
pw.

Yeah, I've just had the same thing. They'll be saving account managers,
tac engineers, database guys and probably half the support staff of their
company a lot of time if they take an agnostic approach here..

i got the multiple account error too altho i only think i've got one
account.

if any cisco locksmith folks are reading, i dont see why you cant send all
passwords to the address if there are multiple logins...
