locksmith finally worked at about 8:30 pm CEST.. OTOH I'm still pissed about cisco locking me and probably many others out for more than 12hrs for a simple thing.

If I'd lose my customers' passwords careless (ok, cannot happen using only OTP & certs) for our website, I'd push anybody in my company to the phone to call them up to excuse...
I never would've thought life would be that hard without CCO ;)
