[c-nsp] CBTS-like functionality under JUNOS?

Greetings,

I'm looking to set up a 4-5 node MPLS-TE mesh consisting (for now) of
two M320s and two GSR 12410s.  Where I'm getting stuck is in trying to
find a Class-Based Tunnel Selection equivalent under JUNOS.

Is this functionality (or something similar) available from Juniper?

(note, CoS-Based Forwarding will _not_ suffice
