[c-nsp] Cisco 828 Memory Issue - fault or something else?

Please review the following document:

32MB is the minimum recommended amount of memory for this image, but you 
could be hitting a memory leak. Check the output of "sh mem sum" and see 
if there one process that is consuming most of the memory.
