[c-nsp] OSPF Flapping

Hello,
	I just started getting a weird kind of OSPF flap between my Cisco 
7507s running 12.2.29 Service Provider / VIP release 
(rsp-pv-mz.122-29.bin) and my Lucent PM3s.

Aug 17 06:11:15: %OSPF-5-ADJCHG: Process 10, Nbr 207.166.192.28 on 
FastEthernet0/0 from FULL to DOWN, Neighbor Down: Too many retransmissions

This only started happening when we downgraded to 12.2.29 from a later 
version trying to correct the PA-MC-T3 problems we were having.
