[c-nsp] Does Cisco 7304 series support RIP (v2 or v1 whatever)

Yes, it supports RIP.

I disagree for security, scalability, debuggability and
maintainability reasons. But I do understand that it could
be acceptable compromise between spending more money to each CE.
