[c-nsp] natting telent traffic to router

Is it possible to put your customer into a VPN, or alternatively the
mgmt interface?

(besides routing issues, you may have security issues if ACLs on the
routers allow mgmt related traffic from the mgmt range and this range is
also sued by customers)
