Brian, you need to get Kazza and Gnutella and the other file sharing apps
nailed
as well as the  instant messenger stuff.  But the worst of the bunch
is AOL's IM.

Even if you managed to kill only the major IM programs it would probably
represent a 10% boost of productivity to the US GNP.
