[c-nsp] Cisc07206 VXR fast ethernet ports

I have same problem.
We tested the 2 PA-2FE-TX cards on Cisco 7513 with VIP4-50 and VIP4-80.
When we first installed it was OK.
But when we connected cables and run real traffic router crashed and reloaded.
We tried both cards on several different slots, but it was the same, router
crashed and reloaded.
That was really strange.
I attached the log file in this regard.
