[c-nsp] ip prefix-list question

I am trying  to match all prefixes between 65.19.0.0-65.19.63.255 
that have a mask of  /18 to /27. Is this the correct syntax:

ip prefix-list foo seq 5 permit 65.19.0.0/18 le 27

?
