Short answer: No, they do not.

No can do, only 29xx switch I know of that can do L3 is the 2948G-L3.

That's EMI, Enhanced Multilayer Image, and the SMI image can also do
L3, just not advanced routing protocols like OSPF/BGP. The EI image on
the 2950's is not a multilayer switching image, I believe the 2950 does
not have hardware support for L3 switching.
