At least a thousand I'd think.  Don't quote me on that.

If you have lots of customers, you probably want the PA-A6 models.

I believe I used 12.3 with the broadband aggregation feature set when I 
did a project like this about two years ago.

I originally tried to use RBE to help with some of the isolation issues, 
but it never seemed to work properly, so I had to move back to IRB.

If the users get private IP addresses, be careful about the amount of load 
NAT will put on the box.
