[c-nsp] IOS for AS53xx

We currently run several AS53xx series Ciscos for legacy dial-up customers.
The IOS has not been updated for at least 2 years and I was wondering if
anyone has any suggestions as to the best IOS and/or mica modem port ware to
be running on these boxes.

They are currently taking in T1s, not PRIs, on octal controller cards and
all have mica modem cards.
