If you are going to use the modular IOS, you can see
here:
http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps708/c1039/cdccont_0900aecd80315d8f.pdf
image sizes are higher than 74m, and you'll get core files
now too. I'd look at a 512m flash card. If you want bigger, you should
wait for an approved list from Cisco, I hear that some 1G cards
have issues.
