Hi,

The workaround was to configure an INPUT ACL on an any interface on this card.

=== cut here ===
SLOT 2:Dec 21 16:31:55: %LC-6-PSA_UNLOAD_UCODE: Unloading
(BUNDLE_pos_vanilla) bundle from the PSA
SLOT 2:Dec 21 16:31:55: %LC-6-PSA_LOAD_UCODE: Loading (POS: 128 Input
ACL) bundle into the PSA
SLOT 2:Dec 21 16:31:55: %LC-6-PSA_UCODE_NO_SUPPORT: Current bundle
does NOT support (IPv6 throttling)
SLOT 2:Dec 21 16:31:55: %LC-6-PSA_UCODE_NO_SUPPORT: Current bundle
does NOT support (Multicast throttling)
=== and here ===
