	According to the SFP compatibility matrix on CCO, ZX SFP's are not 
supported in 7600, which may be the cause of your problem... However, we 
have ZX SFP's happily working in our 7600's.

	One thing that we always do on our GigE connections is "speed nonegotiate" 
in the interface config, as we have not been able to make our GigE links 
reliably come up otherwise.
