as far as I know, the behavior in this case is not documented, hence it
should be avoided.
In halfway recent code (since CSCdu32820), we use the protocol's default
admin distance as tie-braker when two protocols configured with the same
AD try to install the route into the RIB. If the protocols are identical
(i.e. you have two OSPF processes), the oldest route wins, if I recall
correctly..
But, as I said: This config should be avoided.
