[c-nsp] NPE-G1 + PA-2FE-TX

What kind of crash is it?

Can you send me the crashinfo file
and also what othe PA is in the slot?

I looked at an issue the other day
where a customer saw a VIP crash
when they enabled the 2nd port and
it was a strange one.
