[c-nsp] Catalyst 4506 won't boot!?

Hi,

I just mounted a brand new Catalyst 4506 with the following modules:

Slot1: ws-x4013+=
Slot2: ws-x4448-gb-rj45=
Slot3: ws-x4306-gb=
Slot4: ws-x4306-gb=

Here are the messages on console:
