[c-nsp] RSP8 NVRAM Boot up error

Hi all,
I have an RSP8 that has a problem with boot up below, something to do with
NVRAM (Warning: NVRAM size is 0). I tried all kind of different ways and
work around, but no help. Anyone have any idea what is wrong with it. Your
feedback is very appreciated.
