[c-nsp] Cisco Catalyst 3750's - BGP

20,000 is the exact limit on the 3750 for the hardware. Its in the
documentation somewhere. At a number of routes less than that, they are
solid for BGP -- but they don't have all of the fun BGP tuning knobs yet.
