[c-nsp] OT? Feedback on TWC upstream b/w

Thanks all, this feedback is extremely helpful. The Time Warner rep's
material clearly states Time Warner Cable. Sounds like most people
on this list have experience with Time Warner Telecom. Hmmmm....
