[c-nsp] OT? Feedback on TWC upstream b/w

Time Warner Cable is serving for consumer units mostly,
and Time Warner Telecom is serving for business units mostly.
So it is different organization.
As far as I know, Time Warner Telecom uses Juniper routers a lot,
and Time Warner Cable uses Cisco gears such as GSR routers...
