[c-nsp] problem with EIGRP

The neighbor didn't acknowledge the pkts, so either the pkts, or the
acknowledgements were dropped somewhere..

This is strange.. is the pkt corrupted somehow?

This corresponds to the first observation, i.e. acknowledges don't make
it back to router A.

Do you see any other packet loss on this "link"?
