[c-nsp] 12 hour Utilization data

Hi All,

         I use Netwatch and MRTG from My ISPs but the Data Displayed
is for a minimum of 24 hours.

        Since main Opeartional hours are between 12.00 Noon - 12.00
Midnight, hence I would like to collect the Avg. Utilization for this
duration, unfortunately my netwatch cannot be configured to support
it.

         Is there a  command or any way , anyone is aware that I can
use to find out the avg. utlization for 12 hours.

         I would like to use it for my 3 IPLCs and 3 Internet Links ,
Routers are 7204x and 3745 series with 12.3 code.

        Would appreciate any response/ suggestions/ guidelines..
