[c-nsp] 2811 router doesn't recognize T-1 WICs?

Well, I've looked at the following :

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/765/tools/quickreference/routermodxref.pdf

And it appears there is a new version of the WIC-1DSU-T1, called -V2, which
is the only one supposed to work on 28xx routers. The *original* version
doesn't seem to be supported.
