[c-nsp] 6500/7600 with Sup720 opinion

Due to the introduction of NSF, SSO and various other things, I'm not 
going near 12.2(18)SXD for a while.  We have been happy with 
12.2(17)SXB and will be going to SXB6 very shortly to get over an RSTP 
/ STP interoperability problem.  Working well for us.
