[c-nsp] atm ds3 to a cisco 7200 for adsl aggregation

it is a pa-a3-t3 card
i do have the subinterfaces configured for the subscriber and am doing
rbe. we were doing this off atm t1's and everything worked fine. we put
in a ds3 to migrate off the t1's and cant seem to get it working.
